The biggest slopestyle event of the year is now behind us. History was made last weekend when Brandon Semenuk became the first rider ever to win the famous Red Bull Joyride three times. Make no mistake - at an event of this calibre it was no walk in the park, even for the two time FMB World Tour champion. The battle between Semenuk and Rheeder kept everyone in suspense. With Semenuk in the lead after run 1 - the pressure was on for Rheeder, but a victory was not to be.

After Semenuk's win at Red Bull Joyride, he is now homing in on the current FMB Diamond Series leader, Anthony Messere, who came to Red Bull Joyride with a big points advantage after winning the first round of the series at Crankworx Les 2 Alpes. Anthony rode hard and placed third - good enough to maintain a decent 200 point lead over Semenuk. These are some of the epic moments from this awesome competition.

Huge corked 720's, opposite tricks and flatdrop backflips were combined to create two of the most epic runs ever in FMB World Tour history at the 2014 Red Bull Joyride. Brett Rheeder and Brandon Semenuk fought with gritted teeth but in the end only one could triumph.

Depsite being a favoured FMB athlete, few would have bet money on Anthony Messere leading the FMB Diamond Series this season. However, since the first stop earlier in July he has been stomping it. Taking the win at Crankworx Les 2 Alpes and landing 3rd at Red Bull Joyride has kept him on the top stop heading to round 3 at the Bearclaw Invitational.

Three young guns on the tour this season are creating quite a stir - Nicholi Rogatkin told the world in June at 26TRIX that he is here and means business. With a whole bag of dialed tricks, you would not be wrong to expect him on more podiums. But Red Bull Joyride will not be one of them after suprisingly crashing on both runs.

Tomas Lemoine and Carson Storch were invited to ride at Red Bull Joyride. To everyones pleasant suprise they came out and nailed it! One can only imagine what it must have been like for the young athletes to hear the crowd shouting and cheering as they threw down very repsective runs at this FMB Diamond Series event.
