2022 RED BULL ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD

Exciting news… The Red Bull Rookie of the Year Award is back for the 2022 FMB World Tour season and now open to both male and female riders!

How will it work?

The Red Bull Rookie of the Year titles will be awarded to the #1 ranked Male & #1 ranked Female Rookie Athlete based on the year end 2022 Male and Female Rookie Rankings. The Male and Female Rookie Rankings will be comprised of an athletes’ total score from their best three results from Gold, Silver, and/or Bronze events in 2022.

As an update on previous years, the 2022 Red Bull Rookie of the Year Award will be solely based on FMB sanctioned events across the current season, as Best Line Award has been removed from the Red Bull Rookie of the Year competition.

The Male and Female Red Bull Rookie of the Year Award recipients will be announced on September 25, 2022.
